Job Description
As a Product Manager (Marketing), you will shape marketing-focused products and capabilities—such as growth experiments, marketing automation, campaign tooling, and analytics—to improve performance across channels. With 5–6 years of experience, you will lead feature definition, coordinate releases, mentor junior PMs, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business KPIs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad that emphasizes ownership, measurable outcomes, and continuous optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and prioritize initiatives aligned to marketing KPIs (acquisition, conversion, retention)
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, UX, and engineering to launch campaigns, features, and experiments
- Run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate to continuously improve funnel performance
- Drive go-to-market planning, enablement, and post-launch measurement
- Mentor junior PMs and provide leadership in cross-functional planning and execution
- Use data to set targets, build dashboards, and report on impact to senior leadership
- Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and trade-offs to meet delivery goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years of product management experience, preferably in marketing, growth, or digital products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering measurable growth outcomes
- Strong analytical skills; experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI-driven decision making
- Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, analytics/BI tools)
- Familiarity with agile development, user story writing, and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
